FAQs

How many students in the group tutoring?

4 – 6 children

This allows us to have a more personal interaction with your child. This enables us to deliver a personalised tuition, targeting your child’s specific needs and developing a program designed just for them.

Does your program cater for my child with special needs?

This is a case by case situation. We do our best to assist all children.

We accept NDIS funding, so if your child has special needs, please contact us so we can discuss the best way to support them.

Does my child need to be immunised?

Yes they do, or a letter from your GP stating otherwise.

‘No Jab, No Play’ is the name of legislation that requires all children to be fully vaccinated unless they have a medical exemption to be enrolled in childcare or kindergarten in Victoria.

As we run and abide by the Childcare regulations, we are also required to adhere to the ‘No jab, No Play’ rule.

Do I need to be vaccinated for Covid-19?

As the current Victorian Health Children Services regulations state, any parent/carer who is dropping off/ collecting their child does NOT need to be double vaccinated for your child to attend our program.

What if my child has special health requirements?

All our staff are trained in First Aid and have experience in using epi-pens and asthma inhalers. If your child has any specific health conditions, please discuss this with us prior to our classes so we are able to discuss a plan with you.

Do you offer free trials?

As this is only a 4 day program, unfortunately we don’t offer free trials.

However, as we run our School Readiness Program throughout the school term, you are welcome to come along to see how we run our sessions during Term 4.

If so, we suggest to parents to come along 10 mins prior to the session so we can have a chat and discuss what we do. This also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you have. You will have the opportunity to see the other children arrive, and jump straight in and chat to the other parents.

What do they need to bring with them?

We ask that your child brings a drink bottle and any learning material that the tutor has sent home
