Learning to write takes more than a pencil. It takes coordination, some understanding of letters as parts of language, and motivation. Your child needs to have enough motor control to trace lines and shapes with a little bit of accuracy.
The Pre-writing cards include the certain strokes, lines and shapes your child needs to learn before they’re able to write letters and numbers. Each card has a different line, curve or pattern on it to encourage your child to practise and develop their writing skills. This provides a great opportunity to help develop your child’s ability to hold a pencil or marker correctly, gain strength in their hands and wrists and start learning formations of shapes and objects.
Our Write ‘N’ Wipe Alphabet cards can be used to help your child learn their letters, sounds, and proper letter formation at home or on the go.
The best way of learning how to form the letters of the alphabet, is writing the letter(s) several times. That’s why we have created this card set so your child can simply wipe clean and try again. The ability to wipe and have another go, develops children’s confidence and fine motor abilities as they emerge into the beginning writer phase.
Your little monkey will absolutely love the confidence they gain whilst using our write ‘n’ wipe writing bundle.
